VidFable terms of service and refund policy
This page covers VidFable's terms of service, payment and refund policy, acceptable use and privacy notes. Monthly plans can be cancelled from the billing page, with access running to the end of the paid period.
Only public, non-DRM content that you own or are authorised to download is processed. Private, paid, login-only and region-locked pages never enter the delivery pipeline.
Parsing never asks for your platform account, password or cookies, and you are never asked to sign in to the source platform.
A delivered file is deleted from our servers as soon as your download completes; anything left uncollected is cleaned up after 24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed manually only where the law requires it, for duplicate charges, or for an unrecoverable service fault.
Can I download copyrighted content?
Only where you own it or have the rights holder's permission, and not for commercial use or redistribution.
Do you keep the links I submit?
A link is used for that parse and delivery only; the delivered file is deleted once your download completes.
