Download a TikTok video from its share link

A TikTok share is a vm.tiktok.com short link. The short link carries no video id, so the server has to follow the redirect once and expand it into a full URL with the video id before it can ask the platform for media addresses. That expansion is why pasting the short link is enough.
A single TikTok video usually exposes several playable addresses. The highest deliverable variant that the source actually returns for that request is chosen automatically; a tier the platform does not publish cannot be produced.
TikTok availability depends on the region a request comes from. The same video can return different results from different networks, and some content is simply unreachable in some countries. That is a platform-side restriction rather than a parser limitation.
Content behind a login, videos on private accounts, and paid or protected content are out of scope. VidFable never asks for a TikTok account, password or cookie, and offers no way to bypass an access control.
TikTok is sensitive to bursts of requests. If a parse times out, wait a few minutes; resubmitting the same link repeatedly makes the throttling worse.
