How to download a public video, step by step
This guide walks through the whole flow with real screenshots: getting the share link from the platform, pasting and parsing it, downloading the file, and what to do when a link will not parse or the resolution you expected is not offered.
How it works
- On the platform, tap Share and choose “Copy link”.
- Open VidFable and paste the share text exactly as copied.
- Press “Parse and download” and wait for the check and the task to finish.
- Press Download in the delivery panel; if the browser blocks it, copy the link instead.

A failed parse is usually the link itself: truncated, deleted or private, login-only, or the platform is rate-limiting. Copy the full share text again and retry.
A delivered file is deleted from our servers as soon as your download completes; anything left uncollected is cleaned up after 24 hours.
Parsing never asks for your platform account, password or cookies, and you are never asked to sign in to the source platform.

Nothing was parsed
Copy the full share text or page URL again and paste it unchanged — not just the title or a truncated link.
No 1080p option
The panel only lists what the source returned for that request. A missing tier was never published and cannot be produced.
No thumbnail
Thumbnails are third-party assets and can expire; neither the check nor the download depends on one.
How do I share it?
Use Copy link for the temporary delivery address and send it only to people who are authorised.
